Client Admins
If the company administration would like to add additional users to VIHRMS account, the task can be done here. To add additional users, locate the 'Client Admins' page in the 'Subscription' tab category.
Once on the Client Admins page, click on the blue 'Add additional users' button to the top right area of the page directly above the 'Additional User List' table heading. The page will open a screen with fill boxes requiring the needed information for adding an additional user. These will include their first and last name, their email address, physical address, user name, password and user type and job position. The Job position is the position of the user being created. The information boxes can be filled as shown in the image below.

When complete, or all the information is accurately entered, click on the blue 'Create' button to create that user.
The created user will appear on a list on the first 'Client Admins' page as a part of a list of all created users.
**** Created users are permitted, will have access to, and will be signed in under the company administration account (??) Is this where employee email addresses are administered?
To delete a user, first locate their user name and/or name in the 'Additional User List' table. Then locate and click on the blue 'Delete User' button, which is directly above the 'Assign to Department' phrase, in the last column of the table. Click the 'Delete User' button that is in the same line of the table as the user that is to be deleted.
Once a user is deleted, their user entry has to be recreated to allow the user to regain access. However, their accout and user data would not be further accessible; it would be lost with any deletion of the account.
To create more users follow the process described to 'Add Additional Users' in the first paragraph of this page.
