My Subscription
The 'My Subscription' page allows company administration to see what service they have purchased, or are testing from ViHRMS. If your company has purchased the premium ViHRMS service the purchase choice with it's details will be displayed on this page, as depicted in the image below:
If your companys' purchase is HR Manager or Time Keeper, either option will be displayed. If your company is testing either of the VIHRMS service options, and has not purchased a service as yet, this is where the test account details will be viewable.
*** If your company would like to pay for your VIHRMS service it can be done here. If your number of employees has changed, click the '+' or '-' buttons in the 'No of Employees' table coloum to modify your quantity of employees to it's current number. Once doing so, click on the white "Payment" button also in the 'No of Employees' table coloum, which will open the 'Checkout' page to allow payment to be processed.
Please note, If your company is using a VIHRMS test account but would like to change to a permanent account of the same test service, it is possible to do so on the checkout page, by changing the package that is being paid for from 'Trial' to 'Monthly' or 'Annually'. Proceed with checkout and click on the 'Checkout' button to move to the next step of the transaction.
If continuing with your current subscription, also click the blue 'Checkout' button on the Checkout page to continue and complete your payment.
If your subscription has not been validated by ViHRMS or is not renewed, it's status will be displayed in the status coloum of the table. The status can be 'pending' displayed in a red button or 'active', a blue button.
