Employee Job Letter

On this panel, employees request employment or job letters. To submit a request for an employment letter, the employee must click on the blue, "+Apply for Employment Letter" button of the top left hand of the page. Once doing so, mandatory fill in boxes will appear. The employee is required to enter the address details of the letter and then click the submit button which will send the request to the company administration, and the request will be displayed in a table directly below the application button.
As in the leave application process, the status of the employment letter request will be displayed as pending, approved or denied. If displayed as pending, company administration has not yet processed the request. If displayed as approved, the blue "Download Job Letter" hyperlink will appear in the table, to the right of the green "approved" status symbol. Click the hyper link to proceed to download, or open, and print the letter. If the request if rejected, no hyperlink will appear, and the employee will have to submit another employment letter request to have their request processed.
If the letter request if approved Company Admin can also provide the employee with a physical printed copy of the letter.
