Manage Notice- Company Administration
This page is accessed by clicking on the Manage Notice tab directly beneath the Payroll Management Tab and then on then on the Manage Notice Tab which will appear. In this way:

The Manage Notice page will display the full list of notices that have been created within the company by company administration and permitted employees. For example, the notice of February 1, 2019 of Kim Jones being promoted is displayed on the manage notice page depicted here: . Note that the table shows the date the notice was created, it's title and short description.

The second half of the table displays the status of the notice. This notice has been published on being created using the instructions under the ( )section. The notice can be viewed by clicking on the light blue "View" button under the Action coloumn of the table. It will open in a new page. To Edit the notice even after it has been published, click on the dark blue "Edit" button adjacent to the "View" button here, and the create notice page will open. From that page the notice can be edited saved as published or unpublished if desired. Saving the edited notice as unpublished at this point will remove it from the view the company, until its status is changed to published.
