The Mobile heading is a pre-cursor to it's sub-headings of View Location, Add Location and Add Connection. It is used for the management of employee attendance via GPS and site location fencing. For instance, a ViHRMS time keeping device cannot be used to track employee attendance at a site that is not added to your account, here. 

A location must first be added, before it can be viewed under View Location, or have the Add Connection feature applied to it.
