Schedule Calendar



The page displays the shifts scheduled for a specific week. Click on the "- Previous Week" button to go backwards by a week in the shift schedule. Click on the '+ Next Week" button to go forward by a week in the shift schedule. Click on the "Current Week" button to return to the display of the week of the calendar date that you are in. The empty schedule calendar will look like this: 







This page also allows for employees to be scheduled to work on any day and shift desired. To do this locate the name of the employee that is to be scheduled in the first coloum of the table entitled, "Employee List", as shown above. Next go across on the table to the date on which the employee is to be scheduled to work and click on the date box. At this point, a new page drop box will appear to allow the shifts to be chosen from, that will look like the following image: 











Following the text on this image, select a shift by clicking on the drop arrow as shown, circled in yellow above. Choose the shift needed from the drop down selection that will appear. Once the needed shift has been selected click the Submit button highlighted in red on the image above, and the chosen shift will be scheduled for the employee in the schedule calendar. Repeat the process described  in the second paragraph and third paragraphs, here, to schedule all work shifts for employees.
