Employee Salary List
Access the Employee Salary List from the Payroll Management tab. The Employee Salary List will display a table showing, for each employee, their: employee ID, Full Name, Gross Salary, Total Deductions and Total llowances and their Net Salary. The table will also display their Employment Type and allow for their salary details to be viewed and edited using the "View" and "Edit" buttons respectively as displayed in the table. The display will look as the image shown here:

To view the salary details of a specific employee in greater detail on a separate page, click on the blue "View" button in the "Details" column line of table relative to the employees' name. This new page is called the Employee Salary Detail page. Otherwise, to edit the Salary details of a specific employee, click on the blue "Edit" button in the "Action" column of the table relative to the employees name. Clicking on the edit button will open that emlpoyees "Manage Salary Details" page from where the specific employees salary details can be edited. The 'Manage Salary Details' page can also be accessed from 'Employee Salary Details' page by clicking on the blue 'Edit' button in the top right hand corner of that page once it is accessed.
