Monthly Payroll Report
The monthly payroll report is a form to be printed and submitted to the Inland Revenue Department. To generate the report, ensure that all payment information within the month selected is up to date and accurate. As with the Social Security and NHI reports, the month is selected to process the form.
The select month page will be titled, 'Paytax Reports' and have the following options:

As highlighted, click on the empty 'Select Month' drop box and a calender of months will appear from which to choose. Choose the relevant month and year. Click on 'View' to open and view the tax form on a separate page. Click on 'Download PDF' to immediately download the printable version of the tax form. To print the tax form from the view page, proceed as one normally would to print a document from an open page on the device being used.
Once the form is accurate and printed it is to be physically submitted at the Inland Revenue Department.
On this sheet one is able to select any month and view the payroll report.

This shows each employees current monthly details.
On this sheet, there are various columns that show us a list of various reports that month.
Column B represents the Gross Renumeration paid that month.
Column C represents the Gross Renumeration paid to date i.e from the beginning of the year to date.
Column D represents the Employee Tax Payable This Month i.e 8% of column B.
Column E represents the Employee Tax Payable This Month as shown below. Class 1 Employer - 2% and Class 2 Employer - 6%.
Column F represents the Total Tax Payable this month i.e the total amount in column D and E.
Column G represents Employee Tax Payable to Date i.e from the beginning of the year to present date.
Column H represents Employee Tax Payable to Date i.e from the beginning of the year to present date.
Column I represents the Total Tax Payable to date i.e total amount of column G and H.
