Notional Remuneration Form
The completion of the Notional Renumeration form is essential if during the last cycle of a calender year, a self-employed person was hired to fulfill work within your company. This worker would be classified within your account as a deemed worker, when this or these employees are being added as employees to the company. It would also be completed if you are a sole proprietor and a self-employed person/individual.
To generate the report locate the Notional Remuneration tab within the Reports tab under the Payroll Management sub-section. Once on the Notional Remuneration page, select the desired employee, followed by the year from which the report is needed. To select an employee click on the drop that says, "Select Employee". To select a year, click on the "Select Year" drop box. One those two boxes are filled, click on the blue, "Go" button to have the Notional Remuneration Form generated. The page to complete this action will look like the following; The red arrows indicate actions that require being fulfilled.

Select the employee in the first drop box, the year of works completed in the second drop box and finally click, 'Go'. The record of Employees Remuneration and Tax Payable form will open in a new page, and can be printed for physical submission to the Inland Revenue Department of the Government.
On this sheet, one is able to select the year that they would like to get the Notional Remuneration Report.
This sheet shows the gross remuneration of deemed employees for the year.
This shows Deemed Employees Remuneration and Payroll Tax Payable for the year i.e. the name of deemed employee with their actual remuneration, notional remuneration and total remuneration for the year.
