This first image is the selection page for the employee whose salary details you would like to fill the details of. Select designation refers to the department which the employee is working in. Choose the correct department and then the relevant employee. Finally, click "Go" to proceed to detailing their salary breakdown. The image below shows the two required fields and the necessary to click Go button.


Once the above action is completed the "Manage Salary" sub-screen will appear. All the red starred boxes must be filled. For the boxes with drop boxes choose the appropriate choice for the particular employee whose salary is open. Notably, the rate per hour pay is unique to employee and would be filled by the company admin. For example, a rate of 6.00 per hour. Previous renumeration is the employees gross pay for the year up to the date that this information is being inputted by the company admin. If the employee has changed their workplace, and is now employed by your company, this data will have to be obtained from their prior employer.
It is also neccassary to fill the allowances, and a portion of the deduction sections. For the allowances section indicate whether the employer lives on an Employer owned accodimations by choosing Y for yes or N for no. Under the deductions section, choose the appropriate date under payroll tax paid to date.
At this point click "Save" to save the changes to the employees salary.

* Previous Remuneration is used for tax purposes. Each employee is required to pay Payroll Tax once they have made more than $10,000 for the year. The Previous Remuneration fields allows you to enter the Year to Date (YTD) Gross salary of the employee. To illustrate: If John Smith made $8,000 in the first three months working with an example
Company, he will not be taxed until he crosses the threshold of a total salary per year of $10,000.00, after he has begun working with your company.
