When the Overtime Manager is enabled, overtime approval is required by the Company Admin. before the overtime is paid. Employees are able to enter a reason for their overtime from the employee portal or Company Admin can also enter it from the admin section. Once approved, time is included in salary calculation for that period.
When the Overtime Manager is disabled, and switched to the "No" setting, overtime is automatically used in payment calculation details without approval from the company admin.
This preference can be switched off and on as required, or decided, by the company administration, here.
