Employee data integration with QuickBooks; QuickBooks employee name list. Employee data as uploaded from QuickBooks will display here.
It is possible to view the employee list by CSV and PDF file from this page by clicking on the relevant blue icon in the upper right corner of the page. Hovering over each icon will display which action will result from clicking on it. The CSV file icon is the first to the left, followed by the PDF file icon in the middle, and lastly the PRINT icon to the right. Click on the print icon to print the page as it is seen on the screen.
Employee data cannot be modified from this page, but if needed, must be modified from the original quickbooks file, and then re-uploaded into the VIHMRS account, at which point it will (again) be displayed here.
